DATA PROCESSING AND PROCESSING PURPOSES
Why is data collected?
The data is collected because the customer did ask a question via the contact form or subscribed to a newsletter. This data will be used to answer the stated question or to inform them via a newsletter.
What data is collected?
The collected data are name, surname, email address, and company name.
How long is this data stored?
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer relevant, or at the latest after 2 years. All data that give the appearance of being unreal or incomplete will be deleted for well-organized data management.
What measures are being taken to ensure data protection
Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1. (required for the implementation of an agreement) of the General Personal Data Protection Act. The processing of personal data takes place based on Article 6.1. a) (consent), everyone always has the right to withdraw their consent. All data collection and management are performed as well as possible, among other things by always working in a secure network environment, taking regular backups, guaranteeing and guaranteeing confidentiality and requesting explicit permission before data would be shared with third parties. Under no circumstances are sensitive data processed, such as, for example, medical data, national register number, criminal record, data about religious beliefs, etc.
